Service is very good, quality is very good. Only thing I can never figure out with GMC and may or may not be specific to this dealership is the eligible coupons / discounts available. I have a honda as well and the Honda dealership looks for all coupons and specials that are applicable and apply them automatically. I don't need to worry about it. They also explain what discounts they applied and why. I think GMC should have this practice to provide superior customer service.
I have been using your dealership since I bought my first Saturn there. Always had great service, but this last visit not the same. My car mat was dirty no paper was put down, they changed my radio station and moved my automatic seat. One of my problems was the seat wouldn't move back. I wanted it checked but told no one was there that could do it. I had to make another appt. I realize there are off days but I got the feeling this would happen again.

There was a delay in getting the car back due to GM not being able to ship parts. This was slightly inconvenient for my family as I have two small children and both I and my husband work full time. Neither of us have the ability to work from home so we were not happy knowing another day would go by without getting the car back. Other wise service was great and gentlemen overseeing my car communicated often with updates
This was my first purchase at Watertown and I can not say enough about the staff. Matt my salesman was great, went through the truck with me, never pressured me with anything. We added some options installed at the dealership and Matt with the service department had them all ready for me. Kyle (finance manager) had everything ready for me, was in and out in no time. Steve the general manager took his time explaining all the dealership has to offer. I buy a new car every year or so and this was my best experience to date. Thank you all.

Appointment was for 2:00 and they did not start working on truck until 2:20-according to the status board in waiting area. It was raining and thundering that day and when my truck was finished it was parked outside and not brought into the covered pick up area like in past visits.
I have no issues with your dealership. I have had more problems with this truck (3500 Sierra) with 33000 miles to date, than I had with my previous Ford F-350 with 250000 miles. I have no intentions of buying another GMC truck.
Like I've stated in the past, the service team at Buick GMC of Watertown is a pleasure to work with. They seem to go out of their way to provide excellent service, to include; phone call updates as to the progress of my vehicle, they offer a loaner car while my vehicle is be worked on, they do everything they can to complete the service in a timely manner. Good job service management and staff, keep it up.
