I was assisted with my sale by Mark, with the help of Rena and Kyle. I had an accident the morning of my accident, and was in need of a car immediately. As my lease on my present car was purchased at your dealership, I returned there. In fact, Rena and I have been trading emails for weeks. MY lease was up on St. Patrick's Day. My sales rep, Mark, did a great job.
I had a scheduled 2:30 appointment for my lease to change oil, fluids and rotate tires. I was there approximately 2 hours. My first oil change took 1 hour. Next time I will drop off my vehicle while I am working and pick it up at the end of the day to avoid this.

I was told I would be picked up from work at a specific time to get a ride back to the dealership. I emphasized the importance of this as I had to get my kid's off the bus. My ride was 25 minutes late, making me miss being able to get my kid's off the bus and having to make alternate arrangements for them.
