I was happy for the call and they definitely valued me as a customer and gave mr confidence I do not have to go elsewhere for service. Wish there was somewhere to sit outside. Just a couple of benches is all you need. With covid I don't want to sit in the waiting room with unmasked people. I ended up sitting on one of the street light concrete bases outside.

Lady who answers the phone seems like she is overworked. Seems like I���m bothering her. They told me the truck would be done at noon. When it wasn���t ready they said ���we said about about noon���. I was over charged for the oil change. Once they fixed the price it still seemed a bit high so I asked why it���s advertised as $69 but I was charged to ver $80 they said if you read the fine print it says for 6 qts. Anything over is additional. Seems a bit misleading. What full size GMC takes less than 8 quarts? Lastly.. almost $50.00 for a engine air filter is near criminal. I can get a GM air filter on line for $18.00. Double that and it���s $36.00. $50.00 seems a bit ridiculous. I think that���s the last time you will see me at this dealership for preventative maintenance.

Very poor and argumentative customer service, was lied to multiple times, lack of communication, my vehicle was extremely dirty and uncared for while in the dealerships possession. It came back with dirty with multiple new scratches, red splashes of something all over it that is taking off the paint and also some type of adhesive smeared all over the front door that I can���t get off.
