Staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the process of ordering a new vehicle. Our experience was very good in respect to test driving and being briefed on our new Enclave operation and features.

Service was a little slow. I had a 11:30 am appt. ,check in but car was brought to service dept at 12:20 pm . I was told that delay was because of service personnel were out sick. They completed service quite fast after delay.
It seems it was a longer time that what it should of taken. Then when we called it just happened to be ready 2 minutes ago. We actually got the part and put it on in less than an hour at home but the part was defective. So if it took us less than an hour and we are not mechanics then we feel we were charge 1 hour too many.
