I called first thing Monday morning after the check engine light had come on over the weekend. I was able to bring the car in immediately, have the issue diagnosed and fixed within a two-hour window. There were no loaner cars available but I was given a ride home and was picked up when the car was ready. If I had known how quickly the repair and two additional services would be completed, I would have waited at the dealership. I was grateful that the two parts needed were in stock at the dealership and that the tech completed all of the work the same morning that I first reached out to the service dept. I was given a free car wash token after I paid my bill. It is so wonderful to have my usually reliable Buick Verano back.
Buying a truck there is good. Taking care of your customers sucks. I bought my truck in April and questioned the tires cause they were worn. It had 28000 miles, that's all. I had a tire rip completely off while on the thruway in N.Y. Your service dept basically blew me off. I took my truck there this past Friday the 9th for an oil change. Talked to the service guy and told him about the tire, I had the sidewalls with me. All that was left of the tire. The rest came off and went in the woods. Now I would think you would have offered something to make me feel good, like a couple oil changes. But I feel that I was treated like I am an idiot. I know about trucks and how they work since I have been driving trucks for over 40 yrs. Sales dept is awesome. Your service counter sucks. My appt was at 130 and I didn't get out of there till after 3pm.

regular maint. with no issues. In and out in just 1 hour. G M My check engine button has been peeling but you have no easy fix. a new button assembly will cost me over 100.dollarswith labor. It does not make sense. Get a quick fix with some sort of clip on. please respond back.

Why do you bother making appts this is the third time in a row that I had to wait more than an hour past my appt time. not doing it again. my time is worth more to me than your dealership cares about. no more!

I was mostly upset by having to wait for three hours to get my car back, receiving a $802.00 bill after the fact didn't help either. I have been coming to this dealership for a very long time and this was not my best experience.

Overall it is usually a good experience. This time it seemed to take longer than usual. I was there almost 2 hours for routine maintenance --but maybe sometimes things happen that back other things up. Overall it was a good experience.
