I normally leave a excellent review however not this time. I always make my oil change appt. for 8am so I can sit and wait then go to work. I called made my appt. I get there and they don’t have me in their system. The gentleman says have you ever been her before 🤦🏻♀️ Hello!!! I’ve bought 3 cars from you people and come her for all my service needs. (I didn’t say that to him) he’s looking and looking can’t find me. So he said it’s going to be about 15 minutes longer I said that was fine. It was longer than that and I was late for work. I was not happy. Will I go back here? Yes of course this is the first time there was a problem it just made me mad when he asked if I’ve ever been there before and they couldn’t find me. 😡

Went for routine oil change, tire rotation a dn it was recommended I have the A/C checked and so e cover (?) replaced.....well on Friday (4) days later I tried turning on my air and a horribly Loud noise came out . Now I have to go back tomorrow to have this fixed. I always have to wait long hours .....when I first went to purchase or lease a car.....then when I went to pick up the car the next day....took another 4 hours and when I was driving home I realized they never took off a Lot of the protection tape off. Needless to say, with my lease coming to an end in the near future, I am thoroughly checking out my options.
