I was glad to be able to make my appointment online, and the service advisor called me soon after to clarify what was wrong with my Verano. The team did everything they could to avoid having to charge me a diagnostic fee by quizzing me about exactly what was happening when I drove the car. Turns out the issue was simply due to a low amount of oil in the car. I realized when I got home that I was charged for a light bulb that was not changed because the outage was due to a loose wire, but I was assured that it could be changed if the issue returned. All in all, a wonderful experience.
