My experience with the actual performing of the service (oil change) was great. My issue occurred with what I was told when making my appointment. When I initially made my appointment, I was told by the woman on the phone that since I bought out my lease back in July 2018, that I was entitled to two free oil changes. When I confirmed my appointment a couple days before the oil change, the woman told me that she was sure if it was free or not and that she "doesn't handle that." Turned out I had to pay for the oil change. Not a very ethical thing to mislead customers like that or to create ambiguity of whether something is free or not. Sad!
