03-JUN-2019 / 1119 AM While I have had a less than satisfactory experience last month with the Service Department at Buick GMC of Watertown, the dealership rose to the occasion and met the needs and expectations of customers like me. First, I was really impressed with Steve Zehring reaching out to me personally on a phone call to address the problem that I have been having with the 2017 GMC Acadia. Steve listened to my concerns and laid out best plans with timelines to get the problems resolved. Second, Jeff at the Service Department listened to my concerns as well and worked with me from end to end, even during his day off as well as the weekend. He provided a loaner car so I can get from point A to point B in the interim. He even asked the staff to refill gas on my car because it was really low. I am quite happy with the way the problem was handled and the turn around time. I appreciated the staff's willingness to listen to customers and find out the true root causes of automotive problems so it does not happen again.
