Confirmed Service Customer
No communication regarding my car's service, appointment made and it took two days to get car serviced. I was not informed that it would take longer, I had to call each time to find out about status. When questioned why, I received no apology or reason, just that they had 15 cars ahead of mine. That just means that they don't need my business. I will no longer be using this dealership. Already traded car into another dealer. No one deserves to be treated this way
